Article 15', directed by Anubhav Sinha, is inspired by heius Baun rape incident where two teen girls were gang-raped and gruesomely murdered by hanging m while y were still alive. It narrates hard-hitting tale of hour killing and feckless attitude of police department in dealing with matters. film is titled referring it to Article 15 of Indian Constitution which prohibits discrimination on grounds of religion, race, caste, sex or place of birth.
