She shared that maintaining a healthy lifestyle is a very crucial aspect of her life. actor follows a strict fitness regime which allows her to maintain a healthy lifestyle. Ananya said that her fitness mantra is to make fitness a way of life.

She believes that meaning of fitness is t to be thin or slim, but to keep yourself urished from inside. She reportedly prioritises two aspects of fitness in order to keep herself healthy. Ananya stated that she consumes plenty of water throughout day to keep herself hydrated. Secondly, receiving an equate amount of sleep is also her priority.

Her diet reportedly includes eggs, vegetables, sals, fruits, and home-cooked meals. Ananya is obsessed with dark chocolate and tries to include it in her diet. Filter coffee is also one of her go-to bevers while maintaining a healthy lifestyle.
