Anupam Kher, Kangana Ranaut pen special post on Himachal's golden jubilee statehood day

Himachal Presh is celebrating its golden jubilee statehood day with full zeal across state today. It was on January 25, Himachal Presh became 18th state of India in 1971. Apart from residents, many celebrities who hail from state took to ir respective social media handles to celebrate day and extend ir wishes to everyone. To commemorate special day, actors like Anupam Kher and Kangana Ranaut were first ones to wish ir fans by singing praises of state.

Anupam shared a beautiful picturesque landscape of state that consists of lush green mountainous regions that will mesmerise anyone. While captioning post on Twitter,  Saransh actor congratulated every resident of state on 50th anniversary. He wrote, “My heartiest congratulations to all residents of Himachal Presh on fiftieth anniversary of full Statehood Day for Himachal Presh. Pray to God, Himachal Presh reaches every pinnacle of progress. Jai Ho!”.

Apart from Anupam, anor versatile actor Kangana Ranaut who hails from Manali, penned a special poem while describing beauty that state beholds in itself on joyous occasion.  Manikarnika star took to micro-blogging site and wrote, “I salute winds that sway across my face. I will walk that path that has your name on it. You have sweetest morning and colourful evening. I want to dedicate my heart to you. Many wishes for Himachal Day".

On special occasion, a golden jubilee function is being held at historic Ridge ground in Shimla where BJP National president JP Nda and Minister of state for finance Anurag Thakur will be present. To celebrate day in full swing, special arrangements have been me for live telecast of program at various places in all districts. A special postal stamp would also be released to mark occasion.
