Anushka Sharma was recently spotted sporting a pastel green saree teamed with huge earrings and center-parted hair for an event. The actor shared a few pictures on Instagram and it has received more than 1 million likes on Instagram. Fans couldn't stop gushing over the actress' ethnic look and showered it with praise in the comment section of the post. While one user wrote, "Damn, you look absolutely stunning", another netizen complemented her saree.

 Sharma's activity on Instagram has caused a stir on social media. After unfollowing Virat Kohli, the cricketer has now apparently unfollowed Sharma too. There were always rumours of rift between Virat Kohli and Rohit Sharma since the World Cup 2019 failure, but none of them have spoken about this.With rumours mills abuzz, Anushka Sharma on Instagram, the actress shared a quote which says, 'A wise man once said Nothing. Only truth can shake hands with silence in a mess of false appearances…', and many netizens believed that it was hinting at Sharma unfollowing the pair on Instagram.

Anushka Sharma was last seen in 'Zero' and has not announced any new films as of now. After doing back-to-back films, Anushka has decided to take time in choosing a new project as she now feels a bit secure about her place in the industry."I felt I was working round the clock and my life is in the hands of everybody and whoever I had to give time to. I want to take time and pick films that I want to choose. I am in talks with a few people. I have reached a level of security and position where I can take the time to do a film that I want to do. I am not a newcomer who has to do films for the heck of it. Even when I was a newcomer I was not doing it. I am ok with that. I have gained that position," she said.
