Asuran: Celebrities and audience bombard movie with positive reviews

Asuran which literally translates to 'Demon' is a 2019 Tamil-language action-drama film. The film, starring Dhanush and Manju Warrier in the lead roles, is written and directed by Vetrimaaran and produced by  Kalaipuli S. Thanu under his production banner V Creations. Asuran is based on the novel Vekkai. 

The story is about a teenager from an underprivileged caste, who kills a rich upper caste landlord. His father, who is a farmer, is a nonviolent person and tries to save his hot-blooded son. The movie released on October 4, this year and received a fantastic response from the audience. Not only the audience but celebs from the industry bombarded the film with positive reviews too.
