The year 2017 proved to be very successful for the Dream Girl actor. He starred in Bareilly ki Barfi and Shubh Mangal Savdhaan, and both became huge blockbusters at the box office. Shubh Mangal Savdhaan dealt with the theme of erectile dysfunction, while Badhaai Ho looked at the concept of late pregnancy. All these offbeat scripts were successful in attracting audiences towards watching these movies.
