In the wake of the dastardly Pulwama terror attack, Bollywood actor Ayushmann Khurrana penned down a painful poem for the martyrs families, wherein he spoke about how the men in the army fight for the peace of the families, and while they fight and lose their lives, it is a life-long struggle for the mothers and father's who have lost their child.

Here's the poem:

Previously, the actor had expressed his shock and concern over the barbaric incident. 'Shocked and deeply saddened. My condolences and strength to the families of the CRPF soldiers' read his tweet.

40 CRPF Jawans were martyred on Thursday as the convoy they were travelling in, on the Jammu-Srinagar highway, was attacked by a suicide bomber in an explosives-laden car. The Pakistan-backed Jaish-e-Mohammad has claimed responsibility for what has become the worst terror attack on the forces in many decades, drawing condemnation from across the world.
