Bala vs Ujda Chaman: New release date for Sunny Singh starrer

director of movie Ujda Chaman Abhishek Pathak had filed a petition regarding copyright infringement with Supreme Court to stall release of Ayushmann Khurrana starrer Bala. petition demands that matters of obvious similarities between storyline should be resolved before Ayushmann Khurrana's Bala film is allowed to release on vember 7. re were supposed to be court hearings over this issue on vember 4, after which release date of films were expected to change.

Abhishek had filed a complaint with Bombay High Court earlier right after trailer of Bala was published. Abhishek spoke to PTI regarding issue. He told PTI, 

"re are some similarities that can be seen between Bala and Ujda Chaman. I don't kw what's happening. I came with my trailer on October 1 and y came out with it around 10-11 October." 

He furr added, 

So this question should be asked to m that how is it similar? If y had seen my trailer, y should have done something... At least, change something.

Abhishek Pathak told a media publication that he had sent a tice to Maddock Films when Bala was anunced.  lead of Ujda Chaman, Sunny Singh also opened up about his film being similar to Ayushmann's film Bala. Sunny Singh talked to PTI, he said,

"I am away from all of this. I am doing a film, I am also getting to kw that this film (Bala) is kind of similar. Initially you feel like 'why and how is this happening?' but n you feel it's ok. He's playing his part, I am playing mine. We both are actors doing our jobs. I love him and I'm a fan of his acting."

After this chaos, Ujda Chaman has successfully captured a new release date. Ujda Chaman is all set to release a week before Bala.  makers of Ujda Chaman have released a new poster of film that has a new release date.
