It has been a while w since Bala movie's trailer was released by makers. However, within few days of its release, Ujda Chaman's trailer also me its screening all over world. controversy of both films dealing with similar social topics is currently floating around industry. However, according to latest update on controversy, it is said that Ujda Chaman would find a solution regarding copyright at court.

Bala Vs Ujda Chaman
During a recent interview of Abhishek Pathak with a news daily, director of Ujda Chaman, said that Ujda Chaman is an official remake of a Kanna movie, Ondu Motteya Ka. He also claimed that Ujda Chaman's team h acquired rights a year back, intending to release movie within a year, i.e. 2019. Abhishek also said that ir release date was fixed from initial start and it is Bala's team who have preponed ir release date. Bala originally was supposed to be released on vember 22, but later filmmakers changed it to vember 15 and currently, it is vember 7, which is a day before Ujda Chaman's release. Ujda Chaman's director also said that posters of eir of film are similar and this whole controversy is a copyright issue. director said that currently, Abhishek Pathak and team are in discussion with legal officials about copyrights and that it would take some time to resolve.

Post Abhishek Pathak's interview, makers of Bala also stated ir side of controversy. producer of Bala, Dinesh Vijan, through his production house passed a statement saying, Bala has been in work for several months and was anunced worldwide. In an interview with a news daily, he also said that Bala is very close to everyone's heart who is working for film. It is ir meaningful contribution to conversation on challenging social mes, such as widespre stigmatisation of baldness and dark skin. Dinesh furr ded that if re are multiple films dealing with a similar me, n it provides more variety to viewers to choose from, which can never be a b thing. producer also said that Mdock stands firmly by originality of Bala, and ded that team will back it up all way, including through legal recourse if need be.
