‘Batla House’: John Abraham-starrer gets the thumbs up, netizens say ‘must watch’

After receiving praises from critics, John Abraham-starrer Batla House got the thumbs up from netizens as they termed it as a ‘must watch’. The Twitteratti also praised John for his performance.

Again an Independence Day release for John Abraham and another success looks very much on the cards. After the brilliant reviews from critics, even the netizens are loving his latest 'Batla House' as it hit the screens on Thursday.

The social media users termed it as a ‘rare investigative thriller’, praising it with words like ‘heart touching’, ‘mind blowing’, calling it a ‘must watch’ while singling out its dialogue sand second half.

They praised lead actor John, terming it as ‘another golden feather in his career’, calling it one of his best performances of his career, while asserting that it will be a sureshot success.

Batla House

‘Batla House’ is based on the real-life incident in 2008 of a police raid at a flat at Batla House in Delhi, which got termed as an ‘encounter’ or even a ‘fake encounter’ after two alleged terrorists were killed, one  arrested and two escaped. The final verdict in the case has not been announced yet.

John plays the role of ACP Sanjay Kumar, based on real-life supercop ACP Sanjeev Kumar Yadav while the movie also stars Mrunal Thakur, Ravi Kishan, among others.
