'BHARAT': As anticipation peaks, here's when the much-awaited trailer of the film will release

Salman Khan who was last seen in 'Race 3' which was not a big success, is gearing up for his next film.

Salman Khan who was last seen in 'Race 3' which was not a big success, is gearing up for his next film. He will be next seen in 'Bharat' opposite Katrina Kaif and directed by Ali Abbas Zafar, who recently revealed that the film is in the final stages of post-production, and the trailer of the much-anticipated film is all to release in the third week of April.

Apart from Salman Khan, the film also stars Disha Patani, Katrina Kaif, Tabu and Sunil Grover. The movie will be directed by Ali Abbas Zafar began its shoot schedule in July. And according to reports, the partition scenes will be shot in Punjab and 'Bharat' is likely to hit the theatres in Eid 2019.

'Bharat' revolves around the journey of Salman Khan's character and India from 1947 to the early 2000s. It is based on a Korean film titled  'Ode To My Father'. It depicts the history of India from the 1950s to present-day through the life of a man, that will be played by Salman Khan.

The film also marks the third collaboration between Salman and Ali after Sultan (2016) and Tiger Zinda Hai (2017), stars Katrina Kaif as the female lead, who was brought in to fill Priyanka Chopra’s post after the latter’s exit from the film at the eleventh hour. Katrina has previously worked with Ali on films Mere Brother Ki Dulhan (2011) and Tiger Zinda Hai (2017)
