Chhaava won’t release on December 6?

Looks like fans have to wait to watch Vicky Kaushal on big screens. A month before its release, according to report in Mid-day, film will get a new release date to avoid clash with Allu Arjun ’s film Pushpa 2. Moreover, reports suggest that makers of Chhaava will most likely anunce an earlier release date.

For unversed, Allu Arjun starrer Pushpa 2 was supposed to released on December 5 and Vicky Kaushal’s Chhaava on December 6 which was a day apart. re has been official confirmation regarding se reports. Interestingly in both film features Rashmika Mandanna as female lead.

Helmed by Laxman Utekar, Chhaava is based on life of Chhatrapati Sambhaji Maharaj, eldest son of Maratha empire’s founder and great warrior king, Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj. film also stars Rashmika Mandanna, as Yesubai Bhonsale, wife of Chhatrapati Sambhaji Maharaj. film will primarily focus on Chhatrapati Sambhaji Maharaj’s sacrifice, and his strategies for warfare, it will also explore a love angle between Chhatrapati Sambhaji Maharaj and his wife, Yesubai Bhonsale. Akshaye Khanna essays role of Mughal emperor Aurangzeb.

upcoming Telugu action drama film is directed and written by Sukumar under his banner Sukumar Writings and produced by Naveen Yerneni and Yalamanchili Ravi Shankar under ir Mythri Movie Makers banner. Pushpa 2 is written by Sukumar, cinematography by Miroslaw Kuba Brozek and music by Devi Sri Prasad.
