Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3 Review: India has braced itself for its very own Barbenheimer with the release of Bhool Bhualiyaa 3 and Singham Again on the same day. Both films are part of big franchises and are likely to register a bumper opening on day 1. The audience who caught early shows of the Kartik Aaryan starrer horror-comedy took to their social media accounts to share the first review of the film.

As soon as the Anees Bazmee directorial hit the big screens today, social media users caught early shows of the film. Bhool Bhualiyaa 3 is the third part in the franchise and reprises Vidya Balan in the role of Manjulika while Kartik Aaryan returns as Rooh Baba. X users seem to love the actor in the role of the eccentric Baba, who claims to be able to talk to ghosts, however, the movie overall has not left a mark on the audiences yet.

Social media users have shared varied opinions of the Kartik Aaryan starrer. While some were of the opinion that horror and comedy elements in the film were balanced well, others believed that the plot was illogical. X users also claimed that while Kartik Aaryan's acting is impressive, the film comes nowhere close to the original featuring Akshay Kumar . A user wrote, “This film is full of surprises and laughter! Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3 is a must-see!” However, another critiqued and mentioned, “The film neither thrills nor makes you laugh. Even stars such as Vidya Balan, Kartik Aaryan and Madhuri Dixit cannot salvage the film.”
Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3 box office collection day 1 looks promising
Despite the mixed reviews, cine-goers are actively choosing to watch Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3. The film has been running in houseful theatres even though it has been released alongside Singham Again. At the time of publishing, the horror-comedy movie had raked in ₹ 12.96 Cr in domestic collection as per Sacnilk. The collections are likely to grow towards the evening.

Directed by Anees Bazmee, the horror-comedy stars Kartik Aaryan, Vidya Balan, Triptii Dimri, Madhuri Dixit, Vijay Raaz, and Sanjay Mishra. To note, Rajpal Yadav is the only actor to have featured in all three instalments of Bhool Bhulaiyaa.
