Bhumi Pednekar: Here is a look at the actor’s diet and fitness regime

Bhumi Pednekar is all set to entertain her fans with yet another outstanding performance in her upcoming release, Saand Ki Aankh. The actor started her journey in Bollywood with Dum Laga Ke Haisha in 2015 in which she was appreciated for her role as an overweight, newly-wed bride.
However, when she went up on stage to receive the Filmfare Award for Best Female Debut in 2016, one could not help but notice a much slimmer Bhumi.

Reportedly, she has lost almost 32 kgs. Bhumi has motivated her fans on Instagram with her customised hashtag #LoseItLikeBhumi in which he talks about her weight loss journey. Khana, khana aur khana
1. Bhumi starts her day with a glass of warm or detox water to push out the toxins from the body.

2. Almost 30 minutes later, she has a bowl of muesli and skimmed milk with added flax or sunflower seeds.
3. Now is the time for the king-sized breakfast which normally consists of whole wheat bread, two egg white omelettes and a fruit, which is usually a papaya or an apple.

4. Once Bhumi is back from the gym after a hardcore workout, she has five boiled egg whites.
5. Bhumi's power-packed lunch consists of two multigrain rotis with a little white butter, dal tadka, vegetables in olive oil paired with homemade buttermilk or yoghurt.
6. Around 4:30 pm, she has a half a fruit which is mostly papaya, apple, pear or guava.
7. An hour later, Bhumi has a cup of green tea with few almonds or walnuts.
8. Around 7 pm, to beat those hunger pangs, Bhumi eats a bowl of salad dressed in olive oil, balsamic vinegar, chilli olive oil or apple cider vinegar.
9. Bhumi ends her day early at 8:30 pm with either some grilled fish or chicken.
Dum Laga Ke Haisha!
Bhumi Pednekar’s workout regime consists of some rigorous cardio and weights. Like many people, she also needs some motivation to push herself every day. To do so, Bhumi mixes her exercises with pilates, hula hoops etc to make it interesting. She includes step exercises also.
Bhumi makes the process fun. One time she was also seen climbing a tree! Bhumi also knows how to relax her muscles post all the sweating. She has a properly curated post-workout exercise as well. Her fitness regime is overlooked by her personal trainer, Neelam Motwani.
In a previous interview, Bhumi said that one should always love themselves and people should not be judged by their weight. She is a perfect example of the fact that it is never too late to get healthy. Besides Saand Ki Aankh, Bhumi will be seen in Bala opposite Ayushmann Khurrana and Yami Gautam.
