According to Bhumi Pednekar's Instagram, exercise and fitness are t always difficult. Doing simple Hula Hoop exercises can also help. Backing Bhumi's tip, Mayo Clinic suggests that Hula Hoops are an easy way to burn calories. Similar to Bhumi one can also boost ir cardiovascular fitness in a similar manner.

Along with pilates and fitness, one should eat right similar to Bhumi. According to Healthline reports, quia is a high producer of manganese, proteins, and nutrients. One should maintain requirements of a fit body by giving it a proper balanced diet. Bhumi eats grilled chicken which is better than fried chicken.
