Bhumi Pednekar: Check out the actor's new look from her upcoming movie

Directed by Mudassar Aziz, Pati Patni Aur Woh is all set to be released on December 06, 2019. The film will be starring Kartik Aaryan along with Bhumi Pednekar and newbie Ananya Panday. This movie, releasing later this year, is a remake of an old Hindi film of the same name, which was released in 1978.

Produced by Bhushan Kumar, this film’s first look is out. The three co-stars took to their social media accounts to make this announcement. Karthik Aaryan will be playing the role of Chintu Tyagi, the husband. While Bhumi Pednekar will be playing the role of Chintu Tyagi’s wife. Ananya Panday will reportedly be playing the role of the antagonist. Bhumi Pednekar re-tweeted Karthik Aaryan’s tweet with the poster of their first looks for the movie. Earlier, the team wrapped up the shooting for the film on September 8 by cutting a cake and celebrating the birthday of their director. A video was posted on Ananya Panday’s Instagram account announcing the wrap for the same.

Bhumi Pednekar tweeted about her first look on her twitter handle. Dressed in a traditional Indian saree, she went on to talk about her look in the film. She described herself as highly emotional. She is seen holding a class XII economics textbook, which says she might be playing the role of a teacher in the film.

Ananya Panday made her debut in Bollywood with Student of the Year 2, pairing opposite Tiger Shroff and she will next be seen in Pati Patni Aur Woh. As with her first movie, this film will too, has two lead actors along with her. Bhumi Pednekar is known to do challenging films. The actor had to gain weight for her movie, Dum lagake haisha. However, she took up the challenge and perfected the role. She won the Best Debut Female award for the role too. Bhumi has 4 more films releasing later this year and in 2020.

Karthik Aaryan is known for his humorous character in the films like Pyaar ka Punchnama 1 and Pyaar ka Punchnama 2. He will be playing the protagonist in this film. The actor's other upcoming movie include Aaj Kal, opposite Sara Ali Khan.
