- Bhumi starts her day by having two eggs with gluten-free bre, or a big bowl of Muesli with cashew or almond milk.
- She shared that her lunch usually would include one roti and a big bowl of dal.
- Bhumi said that she preferred her dinner to include protein, so she would eir have grilled fish or chicken with some brown rice.
- She sometimes munches on fox nuts and khakras as a mid-meal.
- Bhumi emphasized that one should drink at least seven liters of water in a day, to keep mselves very hydrated.
