There are a number of films in Bollywood that were made for the audience of all age groups. These films can be seen being telecast on a number of kid’s television channels. Here are five films that are appropriate for the kids as they have a serious and relevant message.

1.       Taare Zameen Par (2007)

Taare Zameen Par was a film that was critically acclaimed and also received well by the audience. The film focused on the concept of learning disorders in kids. The film was written by Amole Gupte, who also contributed to the direction of the film. The film was directed by Aamir Khan, who also played a pivotal role in the film. The film starred Darsheel Safary in the lead role.

2.       Chillar Party (2011)

Chillar Party was a 2011 film that focused on stray dogs. The film was directed by Vikas Bahl and Nitesh Tiwari. The film starred a number of child artists like Aarav Khanna and Chinmay Chandraushuh, amongst others. The film also featured Salman Khan and Ranbir Kapoor in cameo roles.

3.       Jajantaram Mamantaram (2003)

Jajantaram Mamantaram was a film written and directed by Saumitra Ranade. The film was inspired by the classic story Gulliver’s Travels. The film stars actors like Javed Jaffrey, Gulshan Grover, and Joy Fernandes. The film was loved by kids and was hence constantly aired on various television channels.

4.       Bhootnath (2008)
