Mouni Roy who was last seen in movie Me In China alongside Rajkummar Rao. major breakthrough in her career was movie Gold. She was cast in le role opposite Akshay Kumar in film. Mouni will next be seen in movie Brahmastra.  movie is directed by Ayan Mukerji. He is one of well-kwn filmmakers of Bollywood and best friends with Ranbir Kapoor. Recently, Mouni Roy posted a picture with Ayan Mukerji on her Instagram.

In picture, Ayan Mukerji is seen posing for a picture with Mouni Roy. Mouni looked orable in an all-black attire whereas Ayan kept it casual with a T-shirt and pants. She captioned picture as, "Mythical magical creatures, #BrãhamastrãCálls."

Mouni Roy and Ayan Mukerji are working toger on an upcoming film, Brahmastra.  movie stars Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt in le roles. It also features Amitabh Bachchan, Dimple Kapia and Nagarjuna Akkineni in pivotal roles. Reportedly, Mouni is playing a negative role in movie. movie is slated to hit atres in 2020. Alia Bhatt, when asked about Brahmastra, said that movie has its roots in mythology. She ded that she and Ranbir have always maintained that Brahmastra is t a superhero film; it is a mystical fantasy drama. She furr said that it is a new film that is emerging in our industry and it could be a film that will make this industry proud and put m on a global pedestal. She wrapped up her statement saying that re's immense faith in Ayan's vision.

Mouni Roy was last seen in Me In China. She has two more upcoming movies for coming year. This includes Mogul- Gulshan Kumar Story and Mahabharata.
