As CBI's investigation into death of actor Sushant Singh Rajput paces with break-neck speed, sources on Wednesday reported that central ncy has found out multiple technical lapses in Mumbai Police's investigation. According to sources, one of prime lapses in Mumbai Police's investigation was its 'irrelevant summons' to multiple people from  industry which led to a colossal waste of time and possibly a crucial loss of evidence during early days following Sushant's demise.  

According to sources, CBI is also probing wher some leniency was shown to a few people and y were t arrested or examined by Mumbai Police. It is t mentioned who Mumbai Police was allegedly showing leniency to. However, self-proclaimed friend Sandip Ssingh, who's role is increasingly emerging during CBI probe, was t summoned by Mumbai Police during course of ir investigation.

Apart from irrelevant summon angle, top sources in investigating ncy informed Republic Media Network that probe team has found that certain procedures like maintaining  "sanctity of crime scene" were t followed as many people were allowed to enter crime scene.  CBI has me multiple visits to Cooper Hospital as y are t convinced with autopsy report of late actor and has found some lapses re too, sources said.  Mumbai Police spent a large amount of time in probing professional rivalry but however, wher re was a foul play in actor's death was t key focus of probe, sources ded.

Immediately after Sushant's death Mumbai Police h claimed that it was suicide, but facts, evidence and testimonies that have since emerged have cast a show around this initially-floated narrative. Even Maharashtra Government and Rhea Chakraborty were amant and backed Mumbai Police to probe case, despite force t registering an FIR in case. Former Zone 9 DCP Paramjitsingh Dahiya has also been accused of t taking complaint me by Sushant's kin earlier in February seriously.  Supreme Court also has slammed Mumbai Police for quarantining IPS officer Vinay Tiwari who arrived in city to investigate case. apex court has told Mumbai police to cooperate with CBI in probe.
