Celina Jaitly Haag recently threw light on harassment she faced in Bollywood for almost 8 years. actor furr talked about how children from industry are naturally immune to  harassment that exists in Bollywood. actor also talked about nepotism in industry and how it blocks new talent.

Celina Jaitly on nepotism and harassment in Bollywood

Celina Jaitly Haag in an interview with a media portal agreed that nepotism exists in every sector. However, actor also said that nepotism is t bad if re is a successful transition from one generation to ar based on talent. She furr said that a problem arises when it blocks entry of new talent.

actor furr told portal that despotism favours despot and nepotism favours despot’s genes. She told media portal that children from film line have natural immunity from  harassment that exists in Bollywood. She furr said that such difficulties in work-life affect one’s mental health. Celina told portal that she too had faced harassment for 8 years before she finally decided to take a break.

A media portal also asked Celina Jaitly Haag would she be willing to send her kids to same film industry kwing that ups and downs of it. actor responded saying that she would let her kids pursue a career in films if y decide to and y have a talent for it. She furr said that she would want m to shine on ir own merit.

Celina Jaitly told portal that she would always encour her kids to be a part of an evolved, inclusive, and harassment-free work environment. actor furr said that she would want that each of her kids' projects must also give opportunity to new talent to shine as well. actor’s latest short film Seasons Greetings was awarded at 9th Best Shorts Film Festival in California, USA, and has w become an official selection at IFFSA Toronto International Film Festival 2020.

Celina Jaitly on trolling on social media

actor also spoke to a media portal about trolls on social media. Celina told portal that social media was an important platform for public to interact with influencers. She furr told portal that, however, w social media has become a toxic place with rise of hate speeches, harassment, and offensive content, specifically against women.
