Dabangg 3: Sajid-Wajid to compose the songs for Salman Khan film

Ever since the making of Dabangg 3 was announced, the audience seems to be excited to know more about the film. Dabangg 3 is the third installment from the Dabangg franchise, that debuted in 2010. The film stars Salman Khan, Sonakshi Sinha, Mouni Roy, Sundeep, Mahie Gill, Mahesh Manjrekar, and Arbaaz Khan. The film is directed by the choreographer-director, Prabhudeva. Sajid Khan and Wajid Khan, popularly known as Sajid-Wajid are the 'solo' composers for Dabangg 3.

In an interview with a news daily, the duo, Sajid-Wajid said that they have single-handedly rendered all the soulful, melodious and foot-tapping numbers for Dabangg 3. The composers added that they will soon start the recording for the songs of Dabangg 3. However, they were unable to give away the exact dates of the song release as they were in the process of the song’s lyrics completions. Earlier, the composer duo have composed multiple music numbers for Salman Khan movies. The collaboration initiated first in 1999 for Hello Brother. The duo created music numbers like Jalwa, Do U Wanna Partner, Laapata, HumKa Peeni Hai and many more for Salman Khan's movies.

Sajid-Wajid on Salman Khan: 

Talking about Dabangg 3, the duo said that as the movie is being directed by Prabhudeva, it will surely be entertaining. They further added that Salman Khan’s action-packed scenes would be interesting to watch. Sajid-Wajid also praised Salman Khan by saying that he is not only one of the best human beings in the industry but also a righteous person. Salman always gives the right advice. The duo also added that Salman gives his full support to his team by sharing his love, respect and support.

Dabangg franchise is famously known for its dance item songs. Starting from Munni Badnaam Hui to Fevicol Se, the film gave us amazing dance numbers. Reportedly, this installment would also have such foot-tapping numbers. It is speculated that Dabangg 3 will have a song, called 'Munna Badnaam Hua' that will feature Salman as a college boy who, in an unusual twist, turns into an item boy for the track. Well, it seems like the audience is going to have some real entertainment this year with Dabangg 3.
