Rejection has always been a major part of an actor’s life. While some stay positive and wait to wonder what exactly went wrong, others cannot stop thinking about where they went wrong. In an interview, actor Daisy Shah, who was also an assistant to choreographer Ganesh Acharya spoke about facing rejections.

Daisy Shah speaks about being rejected every time

In a recent interview with a news agency, Daisy Shah said that she has been facing back to back rejections. She said that the team calls her for an audition and tells her that they will get back to her but they don’t really contact her again. She also said that has no solid reason on why she gets rejected every time.

Daisy Shah was last seen in Race 3 and apart from that, the actor is seen in films like Jai Ho and Hate Story 3. The actor even mentioned that she has been working on how to improve her acting skills. The actor is currently working with Deepak Tijori for the film Tipsy. She said that she has not been able to find out what goes wrong from her side every time. She believes it is just one thing that goes wrong from her side and she has not been able to figure out what that thing is. Daisy Shah mentioned that is she could get an answer for that she would definitely turn things around for her in terms of her life and career.

The actor, however, has made it a point to look for positives even when luck is not in her favour. She said that if a person thinks she is cannot add value or is not capable to be a part of their film, she would work harder on herself and make them see the potential in her to do justice to the role. It is believed that if one has good connections in the film industry, it is always beneficial for them in terms of career but, it remains a big challenge for the Jai Ho actor. To which the actor blames herself saying that she finds it difficult to open up when it comes to making contacts. She said that she cannot walk up to someone and tell them that she’d like to work with them, and that is what she needs to change about herself.
