Deepika Padukone lauds father Prakash Padukone for milestone, legends join in celebrations

Deepika Padukone saluted her father Prakash Padukone for completing 25 years of his badminton academy. Legends like Rahul Dravid joined in the celebrations.

Much before Deepika Pukone became one of top actors of country, her far Prakash Pukone too h me country proud in bminton. After his numerous achievements on court, including Commonwealth Games Gold and All India England Championship title, Pukone Sr continued service to sport by setting up his acemy. As acemy completed 25 years, Deepika went back in time to hour him.

Deepika wrote that her far’s contribution to Bminton and Indian Sport was ‘immeasurable.’She conveyed her gratitude to him for his ‘dedication, discipline, determination and years of hard work’ and expressed her love and pride for him.
