Deepika Padukone was asked if Ranveer Singh is scared of his mother or wife more, here's what she said

Ranveer Singh and Deepika Padukone who tied the knot last month, have since become one of the adored couples in Bollywood. The duo has since been making headlines with their public appearances with the actress praising her husband every chance she gets. 

In a recent interview with Filmfare, Deepika was asked if Ranveer Singh's mother Anju Bhavnani had given the actress some tips on how to handle him. To which, Deepika hilariously replied that Ranveer Singh's mother is so fed up of him, that she keeps joking saying 'please take him'.

However, later in the interview, Deepika Padukone reveals that Ranveer Singh is actually more scared of her than his mother or sister Ritika. 

The duo last graced the big screen together in Sanjay Leela Bhansali's 'Padmaavat'. The film also starred Shahid Kapoor in a key role. Interestingly, the duo's relationship also began on the sets of a Sanjay Leela Bhansali film, 'Goliyon Ki Leela': Ramleela', wherein the collaboration marked their first film together. 

On the professional front, Ranveer Singh's ''Simmba' is slated to release soon. The makers of the film recently dropped the trailer, that seems to have struck a chord with the audience.

'Simmba' is directed by Rohit Shetty which is an official adaptation of Jr NTR-starrer Telugu film 'Temper'. It narrates the story of a corrupt cop Simmba who belongs to the same town of DCP Bajirao Singham, the character of Rohit Shetty's previous film franchise 'Singham'. He enjoys being a corrupt cop and takes full advantage of its lifestyle until one day his loved ones are abused.

As for Deepika Padukone, she is collaborating with Meghna Gulzar, where she will be portraying the role of an acid attack survivor. The actress will be featured opposite 'Half Girlfriend' actor Vikrant Massey in the film.
