Deepika Padukone takes to social media to update about her movies

Deepika Padukone, the long-legged actress has been quite active on social media. Be it Throwback pictures or sharing pictures from her recent outfit from an event. Everything seems to be out there on the internet.

She had recently shared pictures of her report card from school on her Instagram account. The report card had comments like ‘Deepika is very talkative in class’ and ‘Deepika seems to daydream’. Her fans went gaga over the post and it was soon filled with comments, her husband actor Ranveer Singh was also amongst those. Deepika also shares a few pictures of her outfit before an event. It has now become like a ritual for her to follow. The actress was seen on the cover page of many magazines like Vogue,  Femina and Bazaar. One unique thing about the posts are the poses and the outfits and one common thing about her posts are Ranveer’s comments on her pictures. She also takes to Instagram to make a public announcement of her next projects. Apart from Instagram, Deepika is pretty active on Twitter as well. She had humorously retweeted one of an actor's post and asked him to call her.

Recently, she got featured on the front page of a leading lifestyle and fashion magazine who will be celebrating 60 years of existence in the industry. The magazine will be out on the stands on October 24. The cover page features actress Deepika Padukone, world badminton champion PV Sindhu and Businesswoman Kiran Mazumdar-Shaw. The idea behind this is woman empowerment in every field.

Deepika got married to Ranveer Singh last year who she had been dating for over 6 years before tying a knot. The pictures of every reception they had was also shared on the gram.

The Om Shanti Om actress will be seen in Chhappak, a movie about an acid attack victim. The story revolves around Laxmi, an acid attack victim who motivates other acid attack victims and proves that one bad incident does not mean your life comes to an end. To make an announcement for the same she had she shared a post on her Instagram account, too. She will also be seen in ’83, in which she will be playing the role of Kapil Dev’s wife.
