When Indian netizens unaware about Meghan Meghan might have Googled her when news of her joining the Royal Family surfaced, the most relatable association they might have found would be her friendship with our ‘Desi Girl’ Priyanka Chopra. Throwback pics of the actor-duo had gone viral when the reports of the actress’ marriage to Prince Harry had surfaced. While Peecee made a headline-grabbing appearance at the Royal Wedding in May last year, there has been buzz about a so-called ‘tiff’ after the latter skipped the 'Nickyanka' wedding, followed by the actress skipping the Duchess of Sussex's baby shower. However, the ‘Quantico’ star has finally broken her silence on it and refuted the reports.

Priyanka recently made an appearance on ‘Watch What Happens Live’ and a viewer was curious as many others and asked her on the call, 'Are the rumours true that you were upset that Meghan Markle skipped your wedding to Nick Jonas?' 

Andy Cohen twisted his question further and asked if she skipped Meghan’s baby shower because she was angry about the ‘Suits’ actress being absent at her wedding. 

Peecee laughed it off, 'Oh my god, no it's not true.'

The actress' statement would please the fans and they'd be sure the two reunite soon, in a possible snap with Meghan's newborn.
