"Ranbir doesn’t really have a process; he is very spontaneous. I have never really seen him ‘prepare’ for his role as such. He’s like me in that respect. Our approach is 50% rehearsed and 50% spontaneous. Ranveer, on or hand, really gets into process. He changes everything for role – right from car he drives, to clos and perfume he wears. He’s a different person every six months; I never get bored," said Deepika. She furr cited an example of husband Ranveer Singh who was a different man when he was shooting for '83 in London but when he came back to India to shoot for Simmba, his look changed.

Meanwhile, Deepika also spoke about Irrfan Khan and shooting for Piku. She said if given a chance, she would happily do that film all over again. "I miss Piku, I miss experience of making movie. We were all in a really good place when we were making movie. I h gotten out of depression and things were looking up. We h sets that were fully functional – house, for instance. Shoojit ( director) told us to go about our parts as if we were really living in house, and camera would follow us. In that sense, we really ‘lived’ film, and those moments were beautifully put toger and presented to audience."
