Diljit Dosanjh: The Actor begins shoot for his next film, Jodi

Diljit Dosanjh is all set for his next film Jodi to hit the floors. Along with being the producer for the film, he will also be playing the lead in it. The star recently announced in an interview that the shoot for Jodi will begin in September-October. The Punjabi singer recently took to his social media to hint his fans that the shoot for the film has begun. Here are the details about it.

The actor recently took to his social media to share a video of him playing an instrument with a folk instrument specialist, Vijay Yamla.

Vijay Yamla also shared a post on his social media posing for a picture with Diljit Dosanjh.

Diljit also shared the clipping board picture from the sets. The film also stars Amrinder Gill who is reuniting with Diljit after over five years. The film also marks Diljit’s debut as a film producer. It is written and directed by Amberdeep Singh. Although other details of the film are yet to be revealed, fans seem pretty excited about it already.

Diljit Dosanjh is well-known for his Punjabi songs. Being a famous star in Punjab, he made his Bollywood debut in 2016 with Udta Punjab alongside Shahid Kapoor, Alia Bhatt and Kareena Kapoor. Post-2016, he became even more popular in Bollywood and is now all set for his second Bollywood film Good Newwz alongside his Udta Punjab co-star, Kareena Kapoor. The film revolves around the idea of surrogacy and will hit the screens on December 27, 2019.
