Marshall Mathers who commonly goes by the name Eminem is one of the best-known rappers who was termed as King Of Hip-Hop by Rolling Stones. He has collaborated with several artists from all over the world and the Detroit-based rapper, Royce da 5'9" and he, collectively are known as Bad Meets Evil. Recovery
This was Eminem’s seventh album since he released his first album in the year 1996. The album was released as a follow up for his previous album, Relapse by Aftermath Entertainment, Shady Records, and Interscope Records. The album spawned four singles from it including, Not Afraid, Love the Way You Lie, No Love, and Space Bound with the former two making it on the top of the Billboard Hot 100. The album was very popular and managed to sell 4.9 million copies in the United States and almost 15 million copies worldwide. Marshal also won the American Music Awards, Billboard Music Awards, Detroit Music Awards and Grammy Awards for his 7th album.
The Eminem Show
This was Marshall’s fourth album which was released on May 26, 2002, and was that year’s best selling album with 7,600,000 copies in the United States. Eminem’s album was officially certified 10× Platinum by the RIAA making this his second album to do the same. The American rapper won the Best Album of the Year at the Grammys. His album gave the fans some iconic songs like Without Me, Cleanin' Out My Closet, Superman, and Sing for the Moment.
Encore
This album was released by Aftermath Entertainment, Shady Records, and Interscope Records in the year 2004. The album had created a huge impact on the audience and had sold 710,000 copies in just the first three days of its release. His album received mixed reviews from the audience and the critics because of his album being perceived as not one of his best works.
Revival
Eminem’s ninth studio album featured a huge number of established musicians including Beyoncé, Phresher, Ed Sheeran, Alicia Keys, X Ambassadors, Skylar Grey, Kehlani, and Pink. The album was not appreciated by the audience which created a huge fuss about the rapper’s come back into the game. The album managed to debut at number one in Australia, Canada, Finland, the UK, and the US. Revival was also the UK Christmas number-one album of the year 2017.
Kamikaze
This album was released without any prior announcement because the rapper claims that the announcement creates expectations amongst the listeners before the album is out. His previous album, Revival received some negative reviews which shook the rapper and forced him to drop his album without any announcement. His album included songs that took direct hits at his critics and rappers. His latest project was released on August 31, 2018, and sold 252,000 traditional albums as well as 225 million streams, giving the rapper his largest amount of streams within a week.
