'Fast & Furious’ actor Michelle Rodriguez reviews Ranveer Singh's 'Gully Boy', here's what she had to say

Ranveer Singh and Alia Bhatt's 'Gully Boy' is all set to release on February 14 in India and after earning a tonne of compliments at the Berlin Film Festival, the film is garnering immense praise from celebs back home and overseas.

Ranveer Singh and Alia Bhatt's 'Gully Boy' is all set to release on February 14 in India and after earning a tonne of compliments at Berlin Film Festival, film is garnering immense praise from celebs back home and overseas. One such celebrity that seems to be in love with this film was 'Fast & Furious' and 'Widows; star Michelle Rodriguez who claimed that film was beautiful and reminded her of cultural shift that was brought in by hip hip years ago in Caribbean countries. 

Writing a heartfelt note on Twitter, she said “I remember when rap broke out of New York & me it to Caribbean, my Brooklynn born bros would breakdance on cardboard boxes in Dominican Republic, America h no clue how impactful this platform was going to be for underdog worldwide. Beautiful,”

Ranveer is all set to portray a street rapper and was seen acing rapping skills all through teaser, trailer and tracks of film. Alia will take up role of his love interest in upcoming venture. It is co-produced by Zoya Akhtar's Tiger Baby and Farhan Akhtar's Excel Entertainment productions.

Meanwhile, just two days ahe of its release, film has come under rar of Censor board. As per reports, a thirteen-second kissing scene between film's le roles, Ranveer Singh and Alia Bhatt has been altered in final cut. Inste of close-up, final scene will be a wider shot. In dition to this, re are also a string of or alterations that have to be me to film, before its release.
