Five times Shah Rukh Khan stunned the audience with his physique

Shah Rukh Khan has proven to be someone who can pull off any role. He has fit perfectly into the shoes of an Army officer in Jab Tak Hai Jaan. On the other hand, he easily pulled off the role of a dwarf in Zero. The Devdas actor has maintained his physique throughout his acting career. There were multiple movies where the actor shows off his six-pack abs and well-developed muscles. Here are five times when Shah Rukh Khan gave us major fitness goals.

1. Om Shanti Om (2007)

This was the first time Shah Rukh Khan was spotted with six-pack abs. The actor went through rigorous training under the assistance of Prashant Sawant, his personal trainer. The actor was 40 years old when he shot for ‘Om Shanti Om’. He had already had three surgeries by that time and did not let that affect his training schedule. When he flaunted his abs in the song ‘Dard-e-disco’, it left the country drooling for more.

2. Chak De India (2007)

Chak De India was a blockbuster at the Box Office. Shah Rukh Khan portrayed the role of an athlete and a coach in the film. The movie did not have any shirtless SRK shots. But the actor left an impact nevertheless. It was not the muscles or the abs but just the overall fitness level he seemed to maintain in the movie that caught everyone's attention. Even though he looks fit in most of his films, in this one he was visibly well-chiselled. Chak De India is still remembered as one of the best sports films in India.

3. Don 2 (2011)

Don 2, directed by Farhan Akhtar, features one of the best Shah Rukh Khan looks. The first snap of the character left the fans stunned. The actor is seen with a ‘D’ tattoo and proper cut arm muscles. The character carries an intense look in the film with a ponytail and a tanned body. The actor seamlessly fit into the role of an anti-hero.

4. Happy New Year (2014)

In Happy New Year, Shah Rukh Khan’s character Charlie is seen wrestling in the introduction scene. He is wearing a headband and is covered in mud. The best part is his eight pack abs. The actor looks impressive in the shirtless sequence. Even though the film did not do quite well, at the box office, Shah Rukh Khan will for sure be remembered for this one.

5. Dilwale (2015)

In this film, Shah Rukh Khan played the role of a mechanic. The actor reportedly maintained his eight pack abs from Happy New Year, for this one. His look in the film was the talk of the town for months. When that adds on to the Shah Rukh- Kajol chemistry, it is a visual treat for the audience.
