Gadar 2 Box Office Day 3: Sunny Deol film emerges as 3rd highest weekend grosser
With its impressive box office performance, Sunny Deol's Gadar 2 has made it to the list of highest weekend grosses of all time.

Sunny Deol starrer Gadar 2 has scripted history at the box office. In three days of its release, it has crossed the Rs 130 crore mark and is looking to emerge as an all-time blockbuster. The success of the film will be boosted further by the upcoming Independence Day.

Sunny Deol's film sees jump on Sunday
Gadar 2 had collected Rs 83 crore at India box office in the first two days. On Sunday, as expected, the movie's business witnessed good growth. As per a report in Box Office India, Gadar 2 collected Rs 51.70 crore nett. The growth on Sunday came out to be over 25% which is extraordinary for a film that is already collecting such high numbers. The first-weekend collection of the film stands at Rs 134.88 crore despite competition from OMG 2.

As per the BOI report, had OMG 2 not been released, Gadar 2 would have added another Rs 22-25 crore to its weekend collection. The top markets for the film are Delhi / UP, East Punjab, Rajasthan, Central India, Bihar and Gujarat / Saurashtra.
Gadar 2 enters the record books
With its impressive box office performance, Sunny Deol's Gadar 2 has made it to the list of highest first-weekend grosses of all time. It comes in at the third spot after Pathaan and KGF Chapter 2 (Hindi) and has surpassed the likes of Baahubali: The Conclusion (Rs 127.28 crore), Brahmastra (Rs 120 crore), Tiger Zinda Hai (Rs 114 crore) and Sanju (Rs 119 crore), which are all-time blockbusters.
