Gadar 2 starring Sunny Deol, and Ameesha Patel is all set to hit the big theatres on the Independence Day weekend of August 11. The movie is a sequel to the 2001 film, Gadar: Ek Prem Katha. The most awaited song from the movie Main Nikla Gaddi Leke is now out.

Main Nikla Gaddi Leke's reworked version is all about family love
Main Nikla Gaddi Leke is a reworked version of the cult classic song which was a part of the original film. In the reworked version, Sunny Deol matches steps with his on-screen son Utkarsh Sharma. The music video of the song opens with Jeet asking Tara Singh for a bike, and the latter refuses initially but gives in upon Sakeena's insistence.

The father-son duo along with Ameesha Patel’s Sakeena then break into the classic bhangra song. While Sunny Deol recreates his moves from the original song, Utkarsh matches him perfectly. Through the dance, Utkarsh even helps fuel the subtle romance between his parents.
Main Nikla Gaddi Leke retains the old song charm
The original Main Nikal Gaddi Leke was penned by the late lyricist Anand Bakshi. The lyrics of the song remain the same, while the main song has been rearranged by Mithoon. Real-life father-son duo Udit Narayan and Aditya Narayana have lent their voice to the song.

Gadar 2 is helmed by the director of the original film Anil Sharma. The original movie dealt with the horrors of the Indian-Pakistan partition and the new film depicts Tara Singh crossing enemy lines to save his son.
