Ghoomer trailer: Abhishek Bachchan talks about Amitabh Bachchan's cameo in R Balki's film

Abhishek Bachchan and Saiyami Kher starrer Ghoomer trailer was launched today (August 4). trailer shows a cameo appearance from Abhishek’s far, veteran actor Amitabh Bachchan. At trailer launch event, actor spoke about his far’s connection with R Balki directorial.

At trailer launch event of Ghoomer, Abhishek Bachchan talked about his far’s cameo in movie. In film's trailer, Big B features in end and appears to be playing role of commentator. He recalled how previous collaborations between Ghoomer director R Balki and Amitabh Bachchan have been fruitful. duo has teamed up in Paa, Cheeni Kum, Chup and Shamitabh.

Talking about his far’s role in upcoming sports drama, Abhishek said “D is Balki's lucky charm and he will never make a film without him. This is our ode to my d.” However, he also clarified that even though Deewar actor is seen in trailer, far-son duo will t share screen . He said, “Unfortunately, we don't share screen , but he has a cameo in this.”

Recently several Hindi films have taken directl to digital route recently. Talking about same, Abhishek Bachchan shared his excitement about releasing films in atres. He said, “Every actor, producer, and director believes that Friday will decide future.

"Every film is a make or break for you and Ghoomer is same. I am happy and proud of film. I am happy that it’s releasing in atres. Coming into a dark atre with samosa,” Abhishek said.
