Ghoomer trailer narrates an emotional tale

Ghoomer trailer opens with Abhishek Bachchan rationalising that someone can play for country with one hand. This of followed by a shot of a group of lies making ir way into cricket field while Indian flags le ir trail. Abhishek's voiceover tells us that life is t about logic, but magic. Visuals n show Anina (Saiyami Kher) impressing everyone with her flawless batting skills. 

However, things go downhill quickly. Anina meets with an accident and has her arm amputated. What follows is her painful desire to end her life, while Abhishek motivates her to rise through hurdle and play for country again.

trailer has a good blend of emotion, comedy and a strong mess about t giving up. Shabana Azmi  plays Anina’s mor and brings emotional weight to film. movie will also follow Abhishek's character's journey from a drunkard to an inspiration for Anina.

Ghoomer to premiere at Indian Film Festival of Melbourne 

Ghoomer is a triumphant story of a paraplegic sportsperson, who excels and makes her dream come true with help of her coach. Before hitting big screens on August 18, movie will premiere at Indian Film Festival of Melbourne (IFFM). filmmakers called it, “a tribute to sport and reservoir of human resilience”.
