Govinda 's Ro To Recovery: 60-year-old actor was mitted to hospital following a gunshot accident. As per reports, he was keeping his licensed revolver in case when a bullet misfired injuring him in leg. He was discharged today, October 4 and doctor has shared an update on ro to his recovery.

Govinda vised bed rest

On October 4, Govinda , 60, was brought out of hospital in a wheelchair by his family members and was seen wearing a cast on his left leg. actor, who was accompanied by his wife Sunita Ahuja and daughter Tina Ahuja, greeted media persons as well as his fans with folded hands.

"I thank members of press, authorities and my fans who love me and whose wishes kept me safe, I thank m all," he said. Earlier, Sunita Ahuja told reporters that Govinda has been vised to rest for at least six weeks. "He will be discharged today. I will bring him here but he will have difficulty standing... He is fine and will start dancing again in a few days. Everyone has prayed for him and we have blessings of Mata Rani," she said. "At home, doctor has told him to remain on bed rest for six weeks. So, we will t allow many people because he could get infected. So, he needs to rest," she ded.

Govinda expresses gratitude upon discharge 

Actor and Shiv Sena leer Govinda has been discharged from Mumbai's CritiCare hospital after sustaining a bullet injury. On Friday afteron, Govinda me his first public appearance following mishap. After exiting hospital, he spoke with media personnel and thanked his well-wishers for ir prayers. "I thank everyone for ir prayers... I thank CM Shinde, police and press. I especially thank my fans for praying so much for me. I thank m from bottom of my heart for ir love," Govinda said.

Govinda was rushed to hospital on October 1 after his licenced revolver allegedly misfired, resulting in a bullet wound to his knee. incident took place at approximately 4:45 am on Tuesday. According to Mumbai Police, Govinda was preparing to leave for Kolkata and was putting his revolver back in cupboard when it accidentally discharged.
