Halloween is here and so is the season to scare your friends and colleagues. This Halloween, read some scary stories of these urban legends. Scary urban legends are nothing but rare facts that are not verified but make for interesting stories or reads. Create an atmosphere, maybe by the light of a campfire, during a sleepover, or camping around in woods, share these tales of spooky terror and believe only with a pinch of salt.

Annabelle
Annabelle is one of the spookiest urban legends of all time. Several movies are released over this urban legend. Annabelle is a doll owned by a young girl which had a life. The doll’s unusual behaviour scared the girl and her family so they threw her away, however, somehow the doll returned home. Annabelle is currently kept in a wooden glass box in Ed’s museum in the US. True or false, the appearance of the doll was scary enough to spook people.

Bloody Mary
The story of those young girls trying the ‘Bloody Mary’ task, were reported to never survive to post their action. The story goes with five young girls standing before the bathroom mirror in the dim glow of candlelight, chanting together: "Bloody Mary, Bloody Mary, Bloody Mary, Bloody Mary." The thirteenth time they said it, something very odd and very frightening happened. None of the girls survived to tell the tale. The rest did not dare to repeat the feat.

Ouija board game
The Ouija board game is full of myths and rife of stories, which were made up to create some spooky vibes in a party, though no proof of those being true has been revealed. The Ouija board was first commercially sold by Elijah Bond, an American lawyer and inventor. Later, the game become popular and people tried on using it out of curiosity. The best-known urban legend surrounding the Ouija inspired the movie The Exorcist. The game is said to be a spiritual game to connect with spirits and souls around us. It is said that you can communicate with the spirits and souls by using a coin on the board.
