movie, released in 2014, narrates story of Charlie, played by Shah Rukh Khan, who embarks on a journey to reach his far's murderer Charan Grover, played by Jackie Shroff. As movie celebrates its fifth anniversary, here are some lesser-kwn facts about film.

1. During end credits of Happy New Year, Shah Rukh Khan's younger son, AbRam, me his first screen debut. Though he was seen for a few seconds, his jovial attitude and good looks captivated hearts of movie-goers.

3. Reportedly, King Khan was under a strict diet and workout routine to achieve desired look for film. Allegedly, director wanted Shah Rukh Khan to flaunt eight packs abs in film, and well, he did.
