The actor impressed fans with notable appearances in films like Rustom, Robot 2.0 and Gold. Recently, Akshay Kumar’s look from Housefull 4 was revealed, and netizens were quick to compare his appearance to Ranveer Singh’s look from the period-drama, Bajirao Mastani.

With his recent releases working wonders at the box office, Akshay Kumar is gearing up for his Diwali release, Housefull 4. Recently, the trailer of the comedy entertainer was launched, and the fans could not stop praising the actor’s look from the period-drama. Fans and critics slipped into nostalgia, as Akshay’s look from Housefull 4 had an uncanny resemblance to Ranveer Singh’s look from Bajirao Mastani. However, Akshay’s look has increased the expectations of fans and critics from the family entertainer. It seems that Bajirao’s style in the war-drama inspired Akshay Kumar’s look in the upcoming comedy entertainer.

Housefull 4- India's most expensive comedy?

Housefull 4 has managed to impress fans and critics with its unique star cast. Starring Akshay Kumar, Riteish Deshmukh and Bobby Deol in the leading roles, the film is produced by Sajid Nadiadwala. The plot of the movie switches between the 16th and 21st-century epochs, making the film distinct from the other movies in the Housefull franchise. The upcoming family entertainer is considered as India’s most expensive comedy movie till date, with the film being shot in various locations. Furthermore, the film has two cinematographers and seven music composers.

The period-comedy stars Kriti Kharbanda, Pooja Hegde and Kriti Sanon in pivotal roles. Directed by Farhad Samji, the comedy entertainer is produced under the banner of Nadiadwala Grandsons Entertainment. Housefull 4 will hit the theatres on October 25, 2019.
