The story is reportedly based on the philosophy of reincarnation. 1. Housefull

Housefull is a comedy movie directed by Sajid Khan in the year 2010. It is a multi-starrer movie with Akshay Kumar, Deepika Padukone, Riteish Deshmukh, Lara Dutta, Boman Irani, Arjun Rampal and Jiah Khan in the leading roles, whereas Chunky Pandey, Daisy Irani, Randhir Kapoor, Lillete Dubey and Malaika Arora Khan were the supporting cast. The plot of the movie revolves around the life of a boy name Aarush (Akshay Kumar) who believes that he is jinxed, he attempts to find true love to get rid of the jinx but instead ends up trapping himself in a series of lies. Housefull was a success at the box-office.

2. Housefull 2 

Housefull 2, the action-comedy directed by Sajid Khan and produced by Sajid Nadiadwala under the banner of Nadiadwala Grandson Entertainment, was released in the year 2012. The film emerged as a major economic success at the box-office and stood as the fifth-highest grossing movie of the year. Just like Housefull, the second instalment of the Housefull franchise was a multi-starrer film which included Akshay Kumar, John Abraham, Riteish Deshmukh, Shreyas Talpade, Jacqueline Fernandez, Asin, Zareen Khan, Shazahn Padamsee, Mithun Chakraborty, Rishi Kapoor, Chunky Pandey and Randhir Kapoor in significant roles. The plot of the movie revolves around four men who help each other to fool their fathers-in-law, which results in creating a lot of confusion, chaos and humour.

3. Housefull 3

Housefull 3, the third instalment of the Housefull franchise is an action-comedy movie co-written by Sajid Khan and Farhad Samjhi. The film was released in the year 2016 and managed to earn ₹ 1.08 Crore across India. Housefull 3 Starred Akshay Kumar, Abhishek Bachchan, Riteish Deshmukh, Jacqueline Fernandez, Lisa Haydon, Nargis Fakhri, Jackie Shroff and Chunky Pandey in primary roles. The plot of the film revolves around a father who doesn’t want his three daughters to marry. Throughout the movie, the boyfriends of the daughters try to convince the father that they are perfect life-partners for his daughters.
