Housefull 4
Sajid Nadiadwala’s Housefull 4 released on October 25, 2019, and the film got a grand opening at the Box Office within a day. The film is directed by Farhad Samji is star-studded with actors like Akshay Kumar, Kriti Sanon, Riteish Deshmukh, Pooja Hegde, and Bobby Deol. The film received a lot of negative comments but the film became commercially successful. Film critic Taran Adarsh tweeted saying that the film crossed the ₹100 crore mark within five days of its release and crossed ₹137 crores on the eighth day.
Saand ki Aankh
Anurag Kashyap produced, Saand Ki Aankh, starring Taapsee Pannu and Bhumi Pednekar got a slow start at the box office but made decent collections in the second week after its release. In comparison, the film collected over ₹ 17 crores during the second week. After it’s release on 25th October it did not do well, but picked up pace in the second week, as tweeted by Taran Adarsh.
Made in China
Television star Mouni Roy and actor Rajkummar Rao’s Made in China released on October 25 along with the movie Saand Ki Aankh. While the other two movies, Housefull 4 and Saand ki Aankh have been doing pretty well in the theatres, Made in China does not seem to impress audiences. The film witnessed a dull collection in the first week itself. The Box office India reported that the film, Made in China has collected ₹ 10,40,00,000 approximately and will probably finish with ₹ 12 crores nett.
