As per sources, a gym user at Cult. Fit has registered a complaint with the police officials of Hyderabad against Bollywood actor Hrithik Roshan and three others from the team over alleged cheating. The complainant has stated that the fitness centre enrolled more people than it could accommodate and failed to give slots as promised at the time of registration. He also alleged that when he protested against the regime, he was barred from using the app and was thus unable to book the slots.
The KPHB Colony police station in Hyderabad booked the case against the actor and three officials of Cult. Fit Healthcare Private Limited on charges of cheating and criminal breach of trust.
Republic TV has also accessed the FIR copy registered by the complainant:
As per sources, the gm user lodged a complaint after the company failed to keep its promise of daily work out sessions.
The gym was offering weight loss packages for Rs 17,490 to Rs 36,400 for one year. Shashikanth availed the discount offered at the time of the centre’s launch. The complainant claimed that since the company advertised guaranteed weight loss and daily work out sessions and with Hrithik Roshan acting as its brand ambassador, a large number of people registered themselves.
