The chocolate boy has maintained his chiselled body by swearing to his strict workout regime. The Greek God of Bollywood religiously follows his diet without any cheat days, especially during his film training.

Hrithik's Diet Plan

Hrithik Roshan starts his morning with a bowl of assorted fresh fruits, two slices of bread with four egg whites, protein shake and cornflakes with milk. The Kites actor eats green vegetables, two chapattis, dal and salad for lunch. For dinner, he does not forget to load his meal with dietary protein by adding chicken or fish, eggs and a plate of fresh fruits. Post his workout, Hrithik waits for about 45 minutes before munching. Moreover, he keeps a gap of at least two hours between every meal daily.

Post his back injury in 2012, the actor pulled out all the stops by losing tons of weight. Hrithik Roshan's ultimate transformation after a brief hiatus took everyone by surprise. Chris Gethin, the celebrity trainer, helped him regain his stamina and flexibility. It took Hrithik’s blood, sweat and tears to perform about 500 crunches every morning followed by strength training in the evening.
