Hum Saath Saath Hain, released in 1999, is one of the most iconic movies of Bollywood. The movie has an ensemble cast consisting of Salman Khan, Karisma Kapoor, Saif Ali Khan, Tabu, Sonali Bendre, and Mohnish Bahl. The family drama directed by Sooraj R.Barjatya is still loved by Bollywood buffs. The film, which released on November 5, completes its 20th year today.  Listed down below are some of the most-loved characters of the film. 

A. Mohnish Bahl

The popular actor plays the role of Vivek in the family drama. The character sketch of Mohnish resembles all the Indian elder brothers, making his character a rage among the audience upon its release. Bahl who played half-brother to Salman and Saif is currently portraying the character of Dr Shashank in popular Hindi television show, Sanjivani

B. Salman Khan 

Salman Khan portrays the character of Prem in the 1999 hit film. Salman's role in the film was much appreciated by the audience and critics. Khan is currently busy promoting his upcoming cop drama Dabangg 3. The movie, directed by Prabhu Deva, also stars Sonakshi Sinha in the lead.

C. Sonali Bendre

Sonali Bendre played the role of Preeti. Sonali's character from the film and her chemistry with her co-star Salman Khan were appreciated by the audience. The actor is currently on a hiatus from acting and is currently enjoying her life away from the limelight.

D. Saif Ali Khan 

Saif Ali Khan plays the role of Vinod, the youngest brother of the siblings. Saif's comic timing and brilliant portrayal of Vinod was appreciated by the movie-goers. Contrary to his character from the film, the actor recently delivered a riveting performance in Navadeep Singh's Laal Kaptaan. The movie failed to rake in big numbers at the box office.
