A screening of the action drama was held in Mumbai on Tuesday, where Deepika arrived with her in-laws, Ranveer’s father Jagjit Singh Bhavnani, mother Anju and sister Ritika. The actress was seen laughing heartily on their way to the venue. Ranveer, however, was seen arriving alone for the screening.

Deepika also joined the ‘Simmba’ team, also including the director Rohit Shetty, producer Karan Johar and main antagonist Sonu Sood, for a selfie ed by her husband where the newlyweds were flashing their widest smiles.

Sara’s mother Amrita Singh and brother Ibrahim Ali Khan came out to support the newcomer for her latest venture. The trio was seen posing in style for the shutterbugs at the venue.

We are definitely keen to know what the family members felt about the movie. Another screening for Bollywood stars is also likely to take place soon and fans can only then know exactly how the movie is.

'Simmba' is a remake of the Telugu movie 'Temper' starring Junior NTR, but it's not a scene-by-scene copy, but rather an adaptation of the film. The movie also features a cameo from Ajay Devgn, who reprises his much-loved 'Simmba' avatar.
