The much-anticipated Bollywood wedding of the 'Goliyon Ki Rasleela Ram-Leela' stars Ranveer Singh and Deepika Padukone took place on Wednesday and Thursday, November 14 and 15 at Villa del Balbianello, Lake Como, Italy. Following the same, Deepika's younger sister Anisha Padukone changed her status from 'Ladkiwale' to 'DeepVeerwale'. Triggering speculations about the official hashtag of the grand Bollywood wedding, Anisha added '#DeepVeerwale👰🤵🏼' in her Instagram bio.

Moreover, Deepika's mental health initiative 'The Live Love Laugh Foundation' (TLLLF) also added the same on its Instagram bio.

The grand Bollywood wedding was a perfect blend of cultures. Ranveer and Deepika tied the knot twice- one time in the traditional Konkani style and a day after that in traditional Sindhi style, keeping up with the traditions of both the families. The couple who kept much of their wedding under wraps unveiled the very first pictures from the wedding with identical social media posts following their Sindhi wedding ceremony on Thursday. Both the stars captioned the images with a red heart emoji.

Several Bollywood stars including Alia Bhatt, Anushka Sharma, and Priyanka Chopra congratulated the couple. Fans were eagerly waiting to get a glimpse of the newlyweds, as the star couple decided to be the first one to release the pictures from their wedding. Speaking of their attires, both the bride and the groom donned a Sabyasachi ensemble for their wedding celebrations. In just minutes after the release, the pictures received over thousands of likes and were shared widely on social media.

Meanwhile, Ranveer and Deepika returned to Mumbai on Sunday, November 18. The newlyweds were spotted twinning in cream-colour traditional outfits with dark-coloured Nehru jacket and dupatta respectively, and the latter particularly looked the perfect new bride wearing the ‘sindhoor’, ‘bindi’ and ‘chooda’. As per media reports, the couple is going to host two reception parties, one in Mumbai and one in Bangalore respectively.
