Six shayaris by the legendary poet
Jab jab dard ka baadal Chaya, jab gham ka saaya lehraya jab aansoo palkon tak aaya, jab yeh tanha dil ghabraya humne dil ko yeh samjhaya, dil aakhir tu kyun rota hai. Duniya mein yun hi hota hai.
Dilon mein tum apni betaabiyan leke chal rahe ho, toh zinda ho tum nazar mein khwabon ki bijliyaan leke chal rahe ho, toh zinda ho tum.

Yeh jo gehra sannate hain, waqt ne sabko hi baante hain thoda ghum hai sabka hissa Aankh teri bekaar hi nam hai, Har pal ek naya mausam hai kyun tu aise pal khota hai, Dil aakhir tu kyun rota hai
Ab agar aao toh jane ke liye mat aana, sirf ehsaan jataane ke liye mat aana maine palakon pe tamannayein saja rakhi hain. Ye haseen shammein bujhane ke liye mat aana

Jaate jaate who mujhe, achchi nishani de gaya, Umra bhar dauharaunga, aisi kahani de gaya Uss se main kuch pa saku, aisi kahan ummeed thi, Gham bhi who shayad, bara-ae-meherbhani de gaya khair, main pyasa raha, par usne itna toh kiya meri palkon ki kataaron ko woh pani de gaya
Kyon darein zindagi mein kya hoga, kuch na hoga toh tazurba hoga hansti aakhon mein jhaank kar dekho, koi aansun kahin chupa hoga.
