A lot has changed in the life of Rajkummar Rao in the last five years since he worked in ‘Queen.’ Though already a recipient of the National Award for ‘Shahid’ then, the actor’s career has grown by leaps and bounds since the release of the National Award-winning film. From a minor role opposite Kangana Ranaut in ‘Queen’, today Rajkummar is sharing screen space with the actress in a full-fledged role, literally rubbing shoulders with her, in ‘Judgementall Hai Kya’. Terming Kangana as one of the finest talents of this country, he says that not just as actors, but even as persons, they have evolved in the last five years since their last film.

Ahead of the release of ‘Judgementall Hai Kya?’, Rajkummar exclusively spoke with Republic World in a telephonic conversation. When asked about the growth of both him and Kangana since 'Queen', Rajkummar replied, “It’s been five years since ‘Queen’. We’ve grown in life with experience. So I think we’re more evolved, as actors and maybe even in personal life. I have said it before, she is one of the finest talents we have in the country. Being more evolved is what I see about ourselves since our ‘Queen’ days.”

In ‘Queen’, Rajkummar had played the role of Kangana’s fiance who refuses to marry her a day prior to their marriage. While there, her character Rani took some time in getting over Vijay, here Kangana’s fondness for Rajkummar’s character is on an altogether different level; she stalks him, almost to the point of being a voyeur.
