'Just the beginning of the year, and the end of a new film!' Sonakshi Sinha wraps up shooting for 'Kalank'

Bollywood actress Sonakshi Sinha has finally wrapped up the shooting for her upcoming film 'Kalank'. The actress on Tuesday, January 8, took to Instagram and announced the 'end of a new film'.

Bollywood actress Sonakshi Sinha has finally wrapped up the shooting for her upcoming film 'Kalank'. The actress on Tuesday, January 8, took to Instagram and announced the 'end of a new film'. She shared a picture of herself where she can be seen in much all happy following the wrap-up. She can be seen standing at the roof of a building with her hands spread widely. The beautiful city surrounded by hills is visible in the background. 

The Bollywood diva captioned the post saying, "Just the beginning of the year, and the end of a new film! Its a wrap for me on #Kalank... a project I am proud to be a part of! Can't wait for you all to see it ❤️ #ontopoftheworld"

The crew of 'Kalank' who were shooting in Chanderi, a historical Town in Madhya Pradesh, were seen enjoying the chilly cold weather last night. Sonakshi shared pictures of the bonfire and also revealed that her co-star Alia Bhatt was having a hard time dealing with the cold as she  was seen all wrapped up. The duo can also be seen engaging in fun banter with the film's director Abhishek Varman, as they fight over who gets to eat more Shahi Tukdas.

The multi-starrer venture 'Kalank' features Varun Dhawan, Alia Bhatt, Madhuri Dixit, Sonakshi Sinha, Kunal Khemu, Aditya Roy Kapur, and Sanjay Dutt in lead roles. The period drama will be set in the 1940s will be directed by Abhishek Varman and produced by Karan Johar, Sajid Nadiadwala, and Fox Star Studios. It is all set to hit the theatres on April 19, 2019.
